I had a great stay at a budget hotel in a perfect location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a quirky and nice design. I loved that it was just a short walk to the ferry to Playa Del Carmen. There were plenty of great restaurants in the area, and I even found a reliable car hire next door. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed decent sized room with air con. Location: the hotel was close enough to the playa del carmen ferry pier, Mexico, and shops, restaurants, and ATMs nearby. We spent evenings at Woodys Bar and Grill, situated 700 feet from the property...

Spent my xmas at this hotel and it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the center of town and nearby restaurants. They have a decent breakfast and a lovely decoration in the common areas. The air conditioning in the room worked well, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I also enjoyed the cute turtles at the entrance.

It is perfect for travelers who want to be in the center of the action and within walking distance of everything. the area is calm and safe, surrounded by shops and restaurants. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Guests can enjoy good water pressure in the shower and streaming videos on the fast wifi.

The towels were not included in the room rate and had to be rented separately.

Great location close to the beach and all the attractions. the breakfast was amazing, and included in the price! It really saved us a lot of money. Another great thing was the complimentary beach towels, which were a lifesaver. the staff was really friendly and always willing to help.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and the room was a bit rundown. the AC didn't seem to be working properly, and the shower water pressure was ridiculously low.
